What does the CDCS® examination cost?
Registration fees
Registration fees for the CDCS® examinations are - £450 ($700)
The registration fee includes:
- one examination entry fee
- a hard-copy study text and candidate study guide and/or a CD Rom containing both in soft-copy versions
- a certificate from the Institute/BAFT-IFSA/ICC for successful candidates
Additional fees
Candidates outside of the UK, US and Canada are required to pay an additional international booking fee.
- International booking fee - £50
- Preparatory and/or review courses contact the Institute, BAFT-IFSA or your local ICC National Committee.
- Examination re-sit fee (if not initially successful) - £275 ($440)
- International booking fee for re-sits - £20
Re-Certification
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) registration fees:

Please note: Candidates registering with the Institute are required to pay all fees in pounds sterling. Candidates registering with BAFT-IFSA are required to pay all fees in U.S. Dollars.
